To Join Video Teleconference Meeting
- Tap the Webex Navigator (Touch Panel) to wake up the room.
- On Navigator, select the appropriate meeting platform [Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom (additional SIP licensing required at this time)].
- Enter meeting ID and Password provided by meeting provider.
Wireless Screen Sharing
Screen share with Miracast (Windows)
- On your laptop press Windows+K,
- Click on the Room series device you want to cast to, room name is located on the top left of the Navigator. A PIN will appear on the device’s screen.
- Enter the PIN on your laptop and click Connect.
- Sharing starts.
Share Content with Airplay
Airplay functionality is not operational at this time.
Share Content with Webex Application
- Select ‘Connect to a device’ in the top right of the Webex application.
Webex Share
- Use WebEx share thorough share.webex.com
- Find the sharing code by selecting the “Share Screen” option from the touch panel.
Camera
Camera, view, and audio setting can be adjusted on the Navigator, by selecting the Control Panel in the upper right corner.
