Venerable law firm returns to familiar address in Baltimore’s Central Business District
Columbia, MD (May 23, 2023) — Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) (“COPT”), today announced that Semmes, Bowen & Semmes (“Semmes”) has signed a lease for two full floors at 250 West Pratt Street in Baltimore, MD.
Semmes, one of the oldest and largest law firms in the state of Maryland, moved into their new, 32,800 square foot office space this month.
Semmes has deep roots in Maryland. The firm was founded in 1887 and has chosen Baltimore’s Central Business District as its headquarters for nearly one hundred and fifteen years. Semmes was one of the first tenants to lease space at the newly developed 250 West Pratt . The company’s return to 250 West Pratt demonstrates its long-standing commitment to serving Maryland and its client base in the greater Mid-Atlantic region.
