Troubleshooting
If your computer is not detecting the VTC via USB, please reboot your computer while both HDMI and USB are connected.
Please do not unplug anything from the wall plate. The USB cable is sensitive to which direction it is plugged in at the wall.
The VTC device will act as the speaker for your computer. If you check you sound connection, it should display ‘Poly x50’ when correctly connected.
Microphone settings cannot be adjusted and are located on the device above the television. The device will pick up audio from most of the room. Please remind users to project their voices towards the front of the room if people are having trouble hearing.
