ABR Capital Partners Signs Lease at 100 Light Street

Real estate investment management company to relocate to iconic tower in Baltimore’s Central Business District

Columbia, MD (February 2, 2023) — Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) (COPT), today announced that ABR Capital Partners—formerly known as Alex Brown Realty—has signed a lease for 11,600 square feet at 100 Light Street in Baltimore, MD.

The real estate investment management company signed a 10-year lease on the 24th floor of the building. ABR Capital Partners will relocate to the building in August 2023 after spending nearly two decades at 300 East Lombard Street in Baltimore City.

Located in Baltimore’s Central Business District, 100 Light Street offers a prime location, the highest harbor views, sky-high amenities, and newly renovated spaces—inside and out. A multi-million-dollar, five-year capital improvement plan, featuring enhanced security, elevator modernization, HVAC upgrades, and reimagined amenity spaces are among the benefits ABR Capital Partners will experience upon their move to the city’s most iconic tower.
