Indianapolis law firm furthers Mid-Atlantic expansion with new office located in iconic tower within Baltimore’s Central Business District
Columbia, MD (May 16, 2023) — Corporate Office Properties Trust (“COPT”) (NYSE: OFC), today announced that Ice Miller LLP has signed a lease for 5,951 square feet at 100 Light Street in Baltimore, MD.
The full-service law firm signed a lease on the 13th floor of the building—snagging the remaining office space on this floor. Ice Miller will move into the building later this month, adding a Baltimore office to its growing list of locations that include Indianapolis, Columbus, Chicago, New York, D.C., and Philadelphia.
Located in Baltimore’s Central Business District, 100 Light Street offers a prime location, the highest harbor views, sky-high amenities, and newly renovated spaces throughout. Upon moving into the building, Ice Miller will experience unique, reimagined amenity spaces, enhanced security systems and features, elevator, and HVAC upgrades and more as a result of COPT’s multi-million-dollar, five-year capital improvement plan for the iconic Baltimore tower.
