David L. Finch
is Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He assists the Company in various development and construction projects and negotiates construction and professional service agreements, leases, sales contracts, financing documents and other legal instruments involving the Company. David joined the Company January, 2011.
David graduated with a BA in History from
Grove City
College in
Pennsylvania and obtained his law degree magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law. Following graduation from law school, David worked as an associate in mid-sized and large law firms in
Washington,
D.C. concentrating on commercial real estate and business transactions.
David is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar and the American Bar Association.
