Stephanie Krewson
is Vice President of Investor
Relations of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT).
She is responsible for conveying the Company’s financial
results and activities to investors, analysts and the media,
and for managing the Company’s institutional investor
outreach.
Stephanie’s work experience includes over 17 years in the REIT industry as a sell-side analyst, an investment banker and an officer of a publicly-traded company. On the sell-side, she built REIT research platforms at BB&T Capital Markets and at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Prior to that she was one of four publishing REIT analysts at Salomon Smith Barney’s Institutional Investor-ranked team. Before her career as a stock analyst, Stephanie worked in investment banking for Prudential Securities in
New York City, served as the Treasurer of
Keystone Property
Trust, and worked in internal audit for a global corporation in
Paris,
France.
Stephanie has been a frequent guest on CNBC, and recently authored “REIT Roadmap,” an industry guide to investing in REITs. Stephanie was graduated from the
University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts & Science, where she received her respective B.S. in Economics and B.A. in English.
