COPT provides complimentary Concierge Services in many parts of its portfolio through our relationship with Charm City Concierge. We can deliver a wide range of personal and business serivces, including event planning, catering, the purchase and shipment of items such as flowers and gifts and the booking of hotel rooms and tickets to entertainment and sporting events. The use of Charm City Concierge is a complimentary service offered by COPT to our tenants.
