Gregory J. Thor
Vice President and Controller
Gregory J. Thor is Vice President and Controller for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Greg and his team are responsible for all accounting and financial reporting activities of the Company. Greg has 20 years of experience with REITs and real estate finance companies, including 16 years at The Rouse Company, where he was Vice President, Assistant Controller and led teams responsible for accounting policy, financial reporting and financial systems.
Greg graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and is a CPA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a former member of the National Association of Real Estate Companies, where he served on the Financial Accounting Standards Committee.
