Thomas J. Holly
Vice President, Financial Reporting and Tax
Thomas J. Holly is Vice President, Financial Reporting and Tax, for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He is responsible for the company's external financial reporting, accounting policy, research and tax reporting. Tom joined the Company in 1998 and served in the positions of Director of Corporate and Tax Reporting and Assistant Controller before being appointed to his current position.
Prior to joining Corporate Office Properties Trust, Tom was Assistant Controller for Constellation Real Estate, Inc. from 1996 to 1998, where he was responsible for the accounting and reporting for a diverse mix of real estate investments and real estate service operations. Previously, he served nine years for Wolpoff & Company, a Baltimore-based public accounting firm with a strong emphasis in real estate.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Economics from Towson University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He is a Maryland Certified Public Accountant.
