John C. Norjen, Jr.

Managing Director, Investments

John C. Norjen, Jr. is Managing Director, Investments for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). In this role, he is responsible for directing the Company’s investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

Prior to joining COPT, Mr. Norjen spent 20 years based in Washington, D.C. with Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis and Eastdil Secured, representing institutional clients in the sale of over $6 billion in properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University in Maryland and a Masters
of Business Administration from Rice University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certified. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Washington Society of Investment Analysts and the CFA Institute.
