Anthony Mifsud

Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer

Anthony Mifsud is Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT).

Anthony is responsible for the Company's treasury & cash management activities, debt and equity capital markets transactions and maintaining the Company's overall balance sheet health and liquidity.

In addition, Anthony and his team are responsible for facilitating tactical and strategic planning and decision making, financial modeling and competitive analyses for the Company.

Prior to joining COPT in September 2007, he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Municipal Mortgage & Equity where he led the corporate finance group and chaired the Company's Capital Committee, which was responsible for the allocation/investment of equity & debt capital. Previously, Anthony was Vice President, Finance for The Rouse Company, where he contributed for over 15 years arranging several billion dollars of debt and equity financings to support the Company's development and acquisitions and managing the strategic planning function. He brings over 20 years of real estate, finance and management experience to COPT.

Anthony graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is also a CPA.
