Jud Williams is Senior Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He is responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of Government Services buildings located in Anne Arundel and Howard Counties, Maryland, including The National Business Park and all COPT buildings leased by the U.S. Government. The portfolio totals 44 buildings containing four and a half million square feet of office and special use space.
Jud has 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including 22 years with Corporate Office Properties Trust and its predecessor companies, Constellation Real Estate and The KMS Group. His career work experience includes marketing and leasing, development and acquisition, property management oversight and asset management, as well as managing listing brokers.
Jud earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Antioch College and was accepted in the Masters of Business Administration program at Tulane University. He is an active member in the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP and currently serves on the NAIOP Community Service Committee.
