S. Judson Williams
Senior Vice President, Asset Management/Leasing
 Jud Williams is Senior Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He is responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of all COPT buildings leased by the U.S. Government, including, in Maryland, The National Business Park in Annapolis Junction and Airport Square in Linthicum, and Sentry Gateway in San Antonio, Texas. His portfolio responsibilities total 50 buildings and five million square feet, including the many defense contractors in support of the U.S. Government's knowledge based activities.
Jud has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience, including 23 years with Corporate Office Properties Trust and its predecessor companies, Constellation Real Estate and The KMS Group. His career work experience includes marketing and leasing, development and acquisition, property management oversight and asset management, as well as managing listing brokers.
Jud earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Antioch College and was accepted in the Masters of Business Administration program at Tulane University. He is an active member in the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and currently serves on the NAIOP Community Service Committee.
