Roger A. Waesche, Jr.

President

Roger A. Waesche, Jr. is President for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). From 2006 to 2011, Roger served as the company's Chief Operating Officer. From 1999 to 2006, Roger served as the Comapny's Chief Financial Officer.

Roger has more than 25 years of real estate investment, operations and financing experience. He has obtained more than $1.5 billion of real estate and corporate financing and has been directly responsible for or overseen more than $2 billion of investments.

Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University. Mr. Waesche is a Trustee of the Maryland Industrial Development Finance Authority, and a board member of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore and the Fort Meade Alliance.
