Regional Director, Property Management
 Sandi Haertig is Regional Director, Property Management, for COPT Property Management Services, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Sandi manages in excess of five million square feet of commercial office space in 73 office buildings and oversees a team of more than 25 people. Her current assignment is to oversee the Maryland portfolios located in Hunt Valley, Timonium, Towson, White Marsh, Baltimore City and the Pennsylvania portfolio located in Harrisburg.
Sandi has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 11 years with Corporate Office Properties Trust. Her previous work experience at Trammell Crow Company and The Rouse Company also included property management and leasing.
Sandi earned a double Bachelor of Arts degree in both Social Work and Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building and Owners Management Institute and also holds a Maryland Salespersons Real Estate license.
Sandi is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel County, has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the BWI Development Council and is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Baltimore. She serves on the Boards of the Essex, Middle River, White Marsh Chamber of Commerce and Hannah Moore School. Sandi is also active in a number of community organizations, including Susan G. Komen-Maryland and American Cancer Society.
