Mary Ellen Fowler is Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). In this role, she is responsible for the Company's cash management and capital markets functions, in addition to maintaining the Company's communication with the public markets, specifically with investors, analysts, and the news media. Mary Ellen is responsible for conveying the Company's financial results and activities to external audiences and maintaining relationships with existing and potential retail and institutional investors. She is also responsible for the Company's financing requirements.
Mary Ellen's work experience includes over 20 years in commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining COPT, she was a member of the National Accounts team for Key Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. In this position, she was responsible for working with REITs on both their debt and equity needs.
Mary Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from LeMoyne College and a Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
