COPT Property Management Services, LLC, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), provides comprehensive property and asset management services to COPT's portfolio of properties as well as to select third-party clients including the United States Government. One of the largest companies of its kind in the Baltimore/Washington corridor, COPT's property management offices are located in Columbia, Maryland; Annapolis Junction, Maryland; the Baltimore/Washington International Airport area; Timonium, Maryland; Lexington Park, Maryland; Chantilly, Virginia; Tysons Corner, Virginia; Princeton, New Jersey; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Presently, COPT manages approximately 13 million square feet of space.

COPT Property Management Services’s expertise focuses on commercial, office and corporate facilities projects. COPT offers a complement of services backed by the resources and experience of a team of professionals and focuses on day-to-day building operations and building systems. Our staff of professional building engineers possess a total understanding of all types of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems. The company also features specialty in-house technicians such as master electricians and master plumbers who can immediately address situations involving electrical or plumbing concerns.

COPT’s asset management portfolio primarily includes office projects, as well as projects managed under corporate facilities contracts. Our expertise spans all facets of commercial real estate management and our professionals are prepared to address and react to a wide range of asset management situations, from high-rise buildings positioned in the heart of downtown to facilities located mid-town or contained in suburban business parks. COPT manages a significant portfolio of properties owned and/or occupied by the U.S. Government or its various entities. Our Government Services team regularly assists owners/clients with outsourcing programs. COPT Property Management Services also implements comprehensive asset management programs which typically result in smoother operations, dramatic cost savings and an increase in overall value.

COPT Environmental Systems, LLC, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust, is a heating, ventilating and air-conditioning services company located in Owings Mills, Maryland. COPT Environmental Systems offers a full-range of commercial heating, ventilating, air-conditioning controls and monitoring services to our tenants.
