Mr. Waesche was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2006.  He is responsible for investments, asset management, property management and government services.  Prior to August 2006 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Waesche has more than 20 years of financial real estate experience and has a proven record of performance oriented achievement in financing, investment execution, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and accounting and has had primary responsibility for over $1 billion of investments.  Since 1984, Mr. Waesche has obtained more than $1.5 billion of real estate and corporate financing.  Mr. Waesche was a practicing CPA with Coopers & Lybrand for five years. 

He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College.  Mr. Waesche is a Trustee of the Sheppard Pratt Health System and is a member of the Maryland Industrial Development Finance Authority.
